Caretinuum's Report Manager utilizes role-based security that mirrors the Caretinuum® model. Through this security, you control which reports and data are available to view.

Tasks you can perform include:

• Granting users administrative rights or browsing rights based on job-related roles
• Easily providing access to reports for any or all of your Caretinuum users
• Securing individual dashboards and reports so that only certain groups of users can view them
• Filtering data by region, branch and line of business for a specific user running a report

Once a problem is indicated on the dashboard, analyzing the cause is made much easier through the use of drill-down reporting. Clicking on potential problem areas displays the next level of data, giving you insight into any variances that you uncover.

Caretinuum’s Report Manager offers a variety of display formats, including line graphs, pie charts and tables. Changing from one of those views to another involves the simple click of a button. With these views, the volumes, trends and variances displayed allow for easy analysis and action. Reports may be printed or saved to your computer for use in a variety of applications, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.

While Caretinuum’s Report Manager includes a set of standard dashboards and reports, we recognize that different lines of business, locations and organizations may need custom dashboards and reports. Caretinuum’s Full Feature Report Manager, utilizing the strength of Microsoft Report Builder, will put this power into the hands of the advanced user. If you prefer, Caretinuum’s Portal Report Manager will provide the viewing, dashboard and drill-down functionality through custom reports created as a service to our customers.
