H. Darrell Young Joins CareCentric as New Chief Executive Officer

Atlanta, GA - June 11, 2008 - CareCentric Inc. is pleased to announce that Darrell Young has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company, effective immediately. Young succeeds the company's interim CEO, Stewart Reed, who will continue to serve on the Board. Mr. Young has been a successful healthcare IT executive throughout most of his career, and has lead several public companies in the healthcare information technology sector as CEO.

Mr. Young will be based in the corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. Stephen Shea will remain as CFO.
