CareCentric Announces New Line of Productivity Services
CareCentric's new Productivity Services Division thinks out of the box with pre-packaged, fixed-price services that help customers improve their
bottom line.
Atlanta, GA (October 24, 2003) CareCentric, Inc., a leading provider of management information systems to the home health care community, announced at the 2003 NAHC/World HOMECARExpo, the development of a new line of productivity service offerings. These services draw from the vast experience of CareCentric’s product and industry experts and are designed to enhance the overall usage and productivity of CareCentric software and aid customers in achieving a greater return on their software investment.
The services are unique in several ways – unlike traditional consulting companies throughout the industry that charge time and materials for their services, CareCentric productivity specialists offer pre-packaged, fixed priced service bundles geared to very specific areas of need. The customer is provided with a detailed outline of what the services will cover and what they can expect to receive upon completion. The assessments are "guaranteed" to provide ways for customers to increase system efficiency and increase ROI.. In addition, by engaging CareCentric, customers have the advantage of working with productivity experts who use their system everyday and who have hundreds of years of combined home health care knowledge and resources at their command.
"Our customer’s make a very large investment when they purchase our products, said John Festa, CEO and President of CareCentric. "It’s not only an investment of dollars, but an investment in time and resources. We value their confidence in our systems and want to make sure they are utilizing our products to their best advantage." Mr. Festa added, "In addition, we want to make our services affordable for any size customer. By bundling the productivity offerings at a fixed price, customers have the opportunity to target those areas where they need the most help. They know the total cost up front and what they will get in return. At CareCentric, we are focused on Speed, Precision and Results – with Productivity Services, the ‘Results’ equal increased profits!"
A cornerstone of the CareCentric Productivity Services offerings is the Productivity Assessment. This detailed audit reviews the operational aspects of the client’s system and assesses the strength and weaknesses in the organization’s current business processes. All critical areas are reviewed and detailed recommendations and best practices are provided. Customers can typically recuperate the entire cost of the assessment in a matter of weeks after implementing the prescribed suggestions. CareCentric Productivity Services are currently available for home care customers who have STAT 2, MestaMed HHA, and AC-CURA systems and include 8 distinct productivity offerings. CareCentric plans to increase the offerings to over 30 by year-end and include both the HHA and HME customer base.
CareCentric provides information technology systems and services to over 1,500 customers. CareCentric provides freestanding, hospital-based and multi-office home health care providers (including skilled nursing, private duty, home medical equipment and supplies, IV pharmacy and hospice) complete information solutions that enable these home care operations to generate and utilize comprehensive and integrated financial, operational and clinical information.
