CareCentric Acquires Jane’s Billing & Consulting Services
CareCentric enhances customer options for handling billing and reimbursement through the recent acquisition of a
market leading consulting firm.
ATLANTA, GA (August 16, 2005) - CareCentric, a leading provider of technology, business operation
and outsourcing solutions for home care providers, announced today the acquisition of Jane’s Billing and
Consulting Services, a privately held bill processing and reimbursement consulting firm for home medical
equipment providers. The new addition expands CareCentric offerings to include in-house billing and
reimbursement services to its technology platform increasing customers’ choices in how they want to run
their business.
