CareCentric® Acquires UltraBridge
CareCentric Extends Outsourcing Services
with Acquisition of Enhanced IT and Business-Process Capabilities
ATLANTA (January 9, 2006) – CareCentric Inc., a leading provider of technology, business
operation and outsourcing solutions for home care, medical equipment and long term care
providers, announced today the acquisition of UltraBridge, Inc., a privately held information
technology and business-process outsourcing firm. The new addition extends CareCentric’s
existing application service provider (ASP) hosting capabilities to include a full complement of
technology and networking services for the home, medical equipment and long term care
markets.
