When implementing a new solution, you need predictable results and confident users. Our experts and proven implementation methodology help you achieve those results with minimal disruption. Depending on your needs and your budget, we offer three levels of implementation assistance:
Advantage – As its name implies, this premium service includes a full business assessment and assistance with goal setting for the implementation. Care is taken to understand existing business processes and policies and to guide the implementation team in process improvements that may be needed to maximize the effectiveness of the solution. An experienced Implementation Project Manager is assigned to avoid and remove obstacles to implementation and to team with your Change Agent to produce results.
Basic – If you have recently evaluated your policies and procedures and do not need a full business assessment, our Basic implementation model will assist you in implementing the core system. A Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert will be assigned to answer questions regarding the implementation of the software and to be available for go-live planning.
Guided – This level of implementation is most successful if the customer is an experienced Caretinuum user, starting up an agency or moving from another company that utilized Caretinuum. Training materials for core functionality are provided for review and issues/questions are addressed via Support through the bank of incidents. Time to value is entirely customer driven as the customer brings the system live.
