Upon signing a contract with us, your account will be transitioned from Sales to your Account Manager. Your Account Manager's purpose is to shepherd you through the entire partnership by:
- Developing a business plan for you that would address the ways we can meet your needs and provide the products and services that would most benefit your organization
- Serving as a liaison between you and our development team so that your feedback is incorporated into the planning process for future software upgrades
- Acting as your advocate when issues arise and escalation is required
- Ensuring that you receive an optimal return on your investment
Your Account Manager will always be striving to enhance the relationship between your company and ours and identify ways we can help you improve your business and achieve your organizational goals.
