Mr. Young is the former CEO and President of two healthcare information systems companies. In 2000, he founded Transformance Concepts, an investment company that focuses on acquisitions, due diligence, fundraising and strategic planning for companies in the healthcare information systems industry. In addition, Mr. Young co-authored a book on leadership development entitled Leadership Under Construction, which was published in 2004. He also serves as Director for numerous companies in both the healthcare and non-healthcare markets. Mr. Young participated in the development of the University of Georgia’s (UGA's) Terry College Institute for Leadership Advancement and is a frequent guest lecturer on the UGA campus. Mr. Young graduated from UGA with a degree in Psychology.

Ralph Capasso – SVP of Sales and Support

Mr. Capasso has more than 31 years of experience in the healthcare information systems industry. Before joining the Company in 2004, Mr. Capasso served as the Director of Sales for Eclipsys Corporation from 2003 to 2004 and the Director of Technical Support from 2000 to 2001. Prior to working for Eclipsys, Mr. Capasso served in various capacities for InteHealth, HBO & Company and Simborg Systems. Mr. Capasso received a BA in Political Science from St. Michael's College.

John Williams – SVP of Marketing and IT Services

Mr. Williams has over 25 years of experience developing and implementing successful marketing and operational strategies within the consumer products, hospitality, healthcare, business services and technology industries. Prior to joining CareCentric, Mr. Williams was the President and Chief Operating Officer for a payroll processing firm and held leadership positions with organizations such as HBO & Company and The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Williams graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Economics.

David Dasinger – Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Dasinger has more than 31 years of experience in the healthcare information systems industry, primarily in software architecture and development. Prior to joining CareCentric, Mr. Dasinger led the development and implementation of the DocQment enterprise platform for MedQuist. Additionally, Mr. Dasinger developed information systems for HBO & Company, Healthdyne and SpeechMachines. Mr. Dasinger graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Health Systems.

Tom Dean – VP of Research and Development

Mr. Dean has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare information systems industry. Prior to joining CareCentric, Mr. Dean served as Vice President of Product Development for DocuSys, an anesthesia information management system vendor. Before joining DocuSys, Mr. Dean was employed by Eclipsys Corporation, where he was the Vice President of Platform Engineering and led a team of over 70 employees. Mr. Dean graduated from Emory University with a BA in Mathematics-Computer Science and he has an MBA from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

Dean Gambill – VP of Billing Services

Mr. Gambill has over 38 years of experience in the healthcare information systems industry. Prior to joining CareCentric, Mr. Gambill served as senior consultant for HIMformatics, a healthcare information technology consulting firm, and as site director for McKesson. Prior to joining McKesson, Mr. Gambill was the Director of Sales Operations for WebMD. Mr. Gambill graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Accounting.
