Caretinuum enables clinicians to perform comprehensive assessments, establish patient care plans and track patients' progress over time. Once recorded, this information is available to all those in your organization who need access to it. Caretinuum's clinical capabilities help you increase your efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

Advantages include:

  • OASIS-C - OASIS questions are clearly marked in Caretinuum, and you may even filter the assessment so that only the OASIS questions appear. In terms of navigation, Caretinuum's "skip logic" follows the Medicare regulations that allow you to skip certain OASIS questions based on answers to other questions. With Caretinuum, you will confidently answer all of the Medicare-required questions and avoid inconveniencing your patients with unnecessary delays due to errors or omissions.
  • Physician Orders - Whether a patient has one physician or multiple physicians, Caretinuum allows you to record, view and efficiently manage physician orders such as services, medications and lab tests. You can easily navigate through physician orders using either tabbed screens or a grid that allows you to jump from one line item to another. The ability to record a physician or clinician signature directly on the screen is an additional feature that makes Caretinuum a robust tool for managing physician orders.
  • Medication Management - Caretinuum provides you with a quick view of your patient's medication history, including current and past medications. With our software, you can review your patient's allergies and receive medication alerts to warn you about potentially adverse interactions. Also, Caretinuum uses the Medi-Span® database of medications and Facts & Comparisons®. These powerful tools allow you to access, read and print vital medication information.
  • Point of Care - An Internet-enabled interface between the point of patient care and your office ensures that your clinician has the most up-to-date information available at all times. This helps you more effectively meet the needs of your patients and leads to improved patient outcomes. Also, the Point of Care application allows clinicians to document and electronically transfer a record of supplies and travel expenses, eliminating time-consuming data entry by your office personnel.
  • Customized Assessments - Caretinuum provides standard assessment questions and a number of built-in templates. Beyond that, you can create your own assessments with skip logic, compulsory questions and validation rules. In addition, you can add questions at any time – even while you are completing an assessment. Caretinuum's flexible and customizable assessments permit you to get the information you need to maximize patient care.
  • Integrated Care Plans - Caretinuum gives you access to essential clinical care plan components and allows you to create customized care plans to use throughout your organization. For each patient, you can add care plan components as needed. Also, you can associate care plan interventions with particular assessment answers so that you can dynamically view and interact with the care plan during each assessment. This functionality leads to better patient care by allowing you to address each patient's specific needs.
  • Mobile Workforce Management - This future enhancement will allow for routing optimization of a mobile workforce and will enable your agency to maximize the time spent with patients and minimize time wasted on inefficient routes.
  • Telemedicine - Telemedicine is a future enhancement that will make it possible for you to monitor and treat your patients remotely using a device in the patient's home. Potential applications include the ability to remind patients to take their medication or the ability to record information about patients and communicate that data back to your office.
